DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US? 

Yes, we offer international shipping to anywhere in the world. International orders are shipped with USPS or FedEx FIMS. Depending on where you are located, orders generally takes about 6 - 10 days from the time of shipment. The shipping fee does not include import duties charged by the importing country. Any duties or other import charges need to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is applied to orders within California, US.

WARRANTY:

Spencertoys products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions. Damages by accident, misuse or negligence, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

To return defective products contact customer service at info@spencertoys.com for return authorization number. Upon obtaining return authorization number please send us the product and proof of purchase.
